Shipping & Returns

At Fab Car Audio we try to ensure that your order is delivered in a timely manner and with the utmost care. We choose to use Australia Post for most items and various other couriers for larger items.

Small items - Australia Post
Bulky / Heavy items - Courier

If you have any special shipping and postage requirements please leave a comment in the checkout.

Please only enter valid and complete street addresses, as failure to do so may result in delays in delivery or packages going missing.

Fab Car Audio will not accept any liability for lost freight if an invalid street address is used.

Standard Shipping

For standard shipping, we offer a $15 FLAT RATE Australia-wide shipping, however some larger/heavier items (over 11kgs) may incur a higher fee which will be communicated with you when your order(s) is being processed.

Express Shippping

For express shipping, we offer a $25 FLAT RATE Australia-wide shipping, however, some larger/heavier items and remote areas may incur a higher fee which will be communicated with you when your order(s) is being processed.

Dispatch & Handling Times

The majority of items at Fab Car Audio are available to dispatch within 1 - 3 business days of the order being placed. Whilst 99% of orders are dispatched within this time period on occasion this may not be the case due to factors beyond our control.

If you require a part urgently please contact us and we will be able to provide you with a more precise dispatch & shipping time.

Out Of Stock Items

Any items not in stock will be back ordered and a notification will be sent to your email address should that delay be extensive. Delays exceeding 8 business days will be notified by email.
